I am looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. The practice is renowned for its expertise and collaborative approach, specialising in retail, residential, and commercial projects. They have a strong reputation for delivering innovative, tailored designs that consistently surpass client expectations and they offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work.

The role:

  • Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed construction information and specifications
  • Manage project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections
  • Liaise effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports

Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design abilities
  • AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
