Daily Duties
- Produce drawings and technical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD, both independently and in collaboration with the technical and wider design teams
- Prepare and coordinate detailed design information, drawings, and documentation for planning, tender, and construction packages
- Monitor the quality, accuracy, and coordination of project information to ensure successful delivery in line with programme requirements
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, including administration, programme coordination, health and safety considerations, and compliance with building legislation
- Contribute to the design development and construction delivery of projects
- Liaise with clients, contractors, local planning authorities, and building control bodies
- Attend and contribute to client, consultant, and design team meetings
- Support the successful delivery of high-value residential and commercial projects
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced Architect, Associate, or Senior Architectural Technician with substantial experience working within an architectural practice. They will possess a strong understanding of construction processes and have experience leading and delivering high-value, multi-storey residential projects. Key requirements include:
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience desirable
- Proven experience preparing planning applications and detailed construction drawing packages
- Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Legal right to work in the UK
