The practice operates through a network of regional offices and delivers innovative, high-quality design solutions across a wide range of building types, including retail, residential, leisure, offices, industrial, regeneration and conservation projects. Working closely with long-standing developer partners as well as public and private clients, the business provides integrated services covering architecture, interior design, masterplanning, project management, visualisation, and landscape architecture. Daily Duties

  • Work collaboratively within project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Contribute to projects from concept design through to technical delivery and completion
  • Produce and coordinate drawings, reports, specifications, and design documentation
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations, standards, and best practice
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings and project coordination activities

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Part 1 professional in architecture (RIBA recognised)
  • Experience using industry-standard design and technical software
  • Strong design and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a growing, design-led practice
