My client is a specialist water safety and compliance provider working with property managers nationwide. They support clients in understanding their legal responsibilities, carrying out accurate system assessments, and maintaining full compliance. Rather than offering a wide range of services, my client focuses solely on water system safety, delivering high standards and reliable solutions across the UK.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Water Hygiene Plumber to join a trusted and growing team. The successful Water Hygiene Engineer will play a key role in maintaining and improving water systems across a range of commercial sites throughout the North West.
Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided
- Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities
- Pension
- 22 days annual leave + BH + Christmas leave
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out temperature monitoring and water sampling
- Perform tank cleans, disinfections, and TMV servicing
- Complete mains chlorination and showerhead descaling
- Assist with closed system flushing and testing
- Undertake plumbing remedials, pipework modifications, and tank replacements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or in a plumbing role
- Knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG 274
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum)
- G3 Unvented
