A national architectural practice is seeking a Junior/Graduate Architectural Technician/Technologist to join its Manchester-based technical team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio, working from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion. Daily Duties
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed project information
- Assisting with Building Regulations submissions and approvals
- Supporting project delivery from technical design stage through to completion
- Collaborating with senior team members and wider project teams
- Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and contributing to project outcomes
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate or junior-level professional with relevant architectural or technical qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit knowledge highly advantageous
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Keen to learn and progress within a technical architectural role
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK (driving licence preferred)
