An established and growing sustainability-focused consultancy is seeking a BREEAM Assessor to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver BREEAM assessments from feasibility through to final certification
- Provide BREEAM-focused advice to clients and design teams
- Manage evidence collection, reviews, and submissions to BRE
- Track credits and targets to ensure project compliance
- Attend design team meetings and support site inspections as required
Essential Criteria
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor
- 3-5 years' experience delivering BREEAM assessments
- Experience working on residential and/or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of BREEAM schemes and methodologies
- Excellent report-writing and stakeholder communication skills
Desirable Criteria
- Consultancy background
- Experience with BREEAM New Construction or Refurbishment schemes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
