What will you be doing? Leading and delivering structural designs for a range of residential and commercial projects. Taking projects from concept design through to detailed design and construction. Producing and reviewing calculations, specifications and technical drawings. Liaising with clients, architects, contractors and other members of the design team. Providing technical guidance and supporting junior engineers where required. Managing project workloads, meeting deadlines and ensuring designs meet relevant standards and regulations. Contributing ideas and practical solutions to overcome engineering challenges and achieve the best outcomes for clients.What are we looking for? Experience in a structural engineering consultancy, ideally within residential and commercial projects. Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards. The ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients and other design professionals. A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of your work and contribute to a collaborative team. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
