The Role
- Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
- Providing strategic planning advice to clients
- Conducting site appraisals and planning assessments
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders
- Supporting business development and client relationship management
- Working across a varied portfolio of developments throughout the UK
About You
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
- Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
