Our client, an established, independent sustainability consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor to join their Chester based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.
Qualifications
- Ideally candidates will have a BSc / MSc in a relevant environmental / sustainability / building services discipline.
- Membership to an appropriate professional body such as CIBSE or IEMA.
- Being a qualified BREEAM Assessor in one or more schemes is essential for the role.
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- A proven track record in project management will be at an advantage.
Duties
- Undertaking BREEAM and LEED assessments.
- Delivering environmental management audits.
- Liaising with clients.
- Managing projects.
- Preparing expert written reports.
- Delivering presentations.
