Overview
In this role you drive embodied and Whole Life Carbon assessments and circular economy strategies for new-build and refurbishment projects. You will lead project delivery, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships within a growth-focused consultancy. Your work sits at the intersection of technical LCA work and client-facing advisory, shaping sustainability outcomes across schemes. The opportunity combines hands-on modelling with workshops and reporting to support high-impact decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant sustainability solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead embodied carbon and Whole Life Carbon assessments using OneClickLCA
- Develop Circular Economy strategies and reporting
- Advise clients and project teams and lead workshops
- Oversee LCA work and QA completed by junior team members
- Develop technical reports, calculations and project deliverables
- Manage project delivery, budgets and client relationships
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development
Key requirements
- Relevant science or engineering degree
- 4+ years’ experience in a related consultancy role
- Strong OneClickLCA experience
- Demonstrable LCA modelling experience across domestic and commercial projects
- Knowledge of BREEAM and GLA reporting requirements
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Experience managing projects and/or junior staff
- Unrestricted UK work authorisation preferred
