The Role

Working across a portfolio of predominantly commercial properties, with some prestigious high-end residential clients, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems.

You'll be working on equipment including

  • Daikin VRV & VRF Systems
  • Mitsubishi Electric City Multi Systems
  • Split Systems
  • Multi-Split Systems
  • Cassette Units
  • Wall Mounted Systems
  • DX Systems
  • Close Control Units
  • Heat Pump Systems
  • Air Curtains
  • Ventilation Equipment
  • AHU Cooling Systems
  • FCU Cooling Systems

You’ll diagnose faults, carry out planned preventative maintenance, complete reactive repairs and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Essential Requirements

  • F-Gas Category 1 Qualification
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working on Daikin and Mitsubishi equipment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
