The Role:
As part of the Cardiff Planning team, you will contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and project coordination across a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients. Candidate Requirements:
- MRTPI qualification
- A commercial approach, with the ability to apply planning knowledge within a broader property context
