The Opportunity As an Associate Flood Risk Consultant, you will be at the forefront of tackling challenges such as climate change and urbanization.
You will lead a team in delivering high-quality flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling using tools like TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and Info Works ICM.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage flood risk projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. - Conduct hydraulic modelling and data analysis to support project delivery. - Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. - Engage in business development activities, including tendering and client engagement. - Produce high-quality client-facing reports and presentations.
Candidate Requirements - Degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering, with Chartered status (CIWEM or ICE). - Significant experience in flood risk management and project delivery. - Proficiency in 1D-2D modelling tools such as TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and Info Works ICM. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
