Duties for the role of Healthcare Lead include:

  • Take the lead on architectural projects from inception through to completion
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to build and maintain working relationships
  • Oversee a team of more junior members and work alongside other collaborators
  • Contribute to the company's business development and build a robust pipeline
  • Encourage strong design and shape the company's culture
  • Carry out networking, prepare proposals and coordinate new opportunities

Skills and experience for the role of Healthcare Lead:

  • ARB or CIAT registered
  • Significant post qualification experience as an Architect or Technologist within a UK practice
  • Working at or working towards an Associate level position
  • Job running experience
  • Healthcare experience is essential
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Previous experience mentoring a team of junior staff members
  • Ability to contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
