Daily Duties

  • Work across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
  • Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Attend site visits and project meetings
  • Support project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints

Ideal Candidate

  • Part 2 Architectural Assistant with substantial UK practice experience, or a fully qualified Part 3 Architect
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Proficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Suite essential; MicroStation and SketchUp beneficial)
  • Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (desirable)
  • Experience running projects or leading small teams (desirable)
  • Ideally based locally to Carshalton, Surrey / South London
