A well-established consultancy with a strong Yorkshire client base is seeking an Associate Director Civil Engineering to take charge of its Leeds presence. As Associate Director, you will build and lead a local design team while working closely with an established regional office.
This role combines technical authority, people leadership and commercial responsibility across highways, drainage and development infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities- Lead and deliver civil engineering schemes to programme and budget
- Act as principal client contact across Yorkshire projects
- Grow and manage a Leeds-based civil engineering team
- Support forecasting, invoicing and business planning
- Provide senior technical oversight and CDM compliance
- Significant consultancy experience leading civil projects
- Strong highways, drainage and development infrastructure expertise
- Experience managing teams and supporting growth
- Chartered or Incorporated status desirable
- Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering
