A well-established consultancy with a strong Yorkshire client base is seeking an Associate Director Civil Engineering to take charge of its Leeds presence. As Associate Director, you will build and lead a local design team while working closely with an established regional office.

This role combines technical authority, people leadership and commercial responsibility across highways, drainage and development infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver civil engineering schemes to programme and budget
  • Act as principal client contact across Yorkshire projects
  • Grow and manage a Leeds-based civil engineering team
  • Support forecasting, invoicing and business planning
  • Provide senior technical oversight and CDM compliance
Candidate requirements
  • Significant consultancy experience leading civil projects
  • Strong highways, drainage and development infrastructure expertise
  • Experience managing teams and supporting growth
  • Chartered or Incorporated status desirable
  • Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering
