An established architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join its team on a 3-month contract basis in their Richmond-upon-Thames studio. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a range of leisure, spa and fitness projects, producing high-quality technical drawings and construction documentation while working closely with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and construction packages using AutoCAD.
  • Develop and coordinate technical information across all project stages.
  • Assist with planning applications, building regulations submissions, and technical approvals.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained.
