Daily Duties
- Leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Supporting both the design and technical delivery of projects
- Coordinating with consultants, clients, and wider project teams
- Producing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project information
- Presenting design concepts and technical solutions internally and externally
- Assisting in the successful delivery of projects to a high technical and design standard
Ideal Candidate
- Over several years' post‑qualification experience
- Strong experience working across all RIBA stages
- Proven track record delivering residential and healthcare projects
- Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and detailing
- Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrable project experience
- Confident communication and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a studio environment
- Ambitious with a proactive attitude towards career progression
- Based within a commutable distance of Liverpool
