About the Graduate Geotechnical Engineer role:
As a Geotechnical Engineer, you'll contribute to both ground investigation and geotechnical design work. Your responsibilities will include conducting desk studies and site inspections, supervising drilling operations, preparing detailed factual and interpretative reports, and assisting with designs related to foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability. You'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and uphold strict Health & Safety standards throughout each project.
To be a successful Graduate Geotechnical Engineer you should have:
- A relevant degree such as Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or Geoscience
- (Ideally) previous geotechnical experience, ideally including report writing.
- The ability to commute to Lincoln and the surrounding area
