A leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team covering London, Kent, Essex, Enfield, and the wider South East region. This is an excellent opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience looking for a long-term role with strong earning potential, realistic workloads, and structured support. The role is ideally suited to someone based in Kent who is comfortable travelling across the South East.

The company has an established client base across commercial, domestic, healthcare, education, and public sector environments, offering varied and technically interesting projects.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
  • Surveying commercial, domestic, healthcare, and public sector properties
  • Collecting bulk asbestos samples
  • Producing accurate asbestos survey reports in line with HSG264
  • Managing your own workload and diary effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE guidance and asbestos legislation
    Requirements:
  • BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
  • Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
  • Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
