As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will carry out both surveying and analytical duties across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout the East Midlands. Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality asbestos services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.* Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264* Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling* Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties* Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports* Managing your own workload across multiple client sites* Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams* Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures* BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)* Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst or in a dual-qualified role* Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements* Ability to manage your workload independently* Full UK driving licence* Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills* Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work* Competitive Salary* Company vehicle provided* Commercial and mixed-use site work* Structured workload with clear planning* Supportive management and strong technical backing* Permanent, long-term position with excellent career progression opportunitiesIf you are interested in this role, contact Joel Bland on 01792 365006 or email joel.bland@penguinrecruitment.co.uk.
