An excellent opportunity has become available for an Experienced Architectural Assistant to join a growing architectural team in Leicester. The practice specialises in designing bespoke accessible homes across the UK, delivering projects that make a genuine difference to clients' lives. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of project stages while working alongside experienced Architects on technically interesting and rewarding schemes.

Daily Duties
- Assist with projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Produce planning, presentation and technical drawing packages
- Prepare design and construction documentation
- Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders
- Attend site visits and client meetings
- Assist with planning and Building Regulations applications
- Support senior team members throughout project delivery
- Ensure work is completed to a high technical standard
Ideal Candidate
- Part 2 and/or 1 qualified Architectural Assistant with several years' UK industry experience
- Strong design and technical ability
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
