The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of experienced acousticians, supporting projects across architectural acoustics, environmental noise, building services (M&E) acoustics, vibration, and specialist consultancy services. The consultancy takes a pragmatic approach to acoustic design, developing tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each project rather than relying solely on standard guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career acoustician looking to develop their technical skills while working on a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments.
The Role- Assisting with environmental noise surveys and monitoring.
- Supporting architectural and building acoustics assessments.
- Preparing technical reports and acoustic calculations.
- Undertaking site visits and liaising with clients and project teams.
- Assisting senior consultants in delivering projects from inception through to completion.
- Developing knowledge of UK acoustic standards and best practice.
- A degree in Acoustics, Physics, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in building and environmental acoustics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
