The Role
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264
- Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and 4-stage clearances in accordance with HSG248
- Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
- Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector sites
- Managing workload independently across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site personnel
- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures
About You
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
- Confident undertaking surveying and analytical duties independently
- Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional, organised, and reliable
