An award-winning, employee-focused architectural practice is looking to recruit a talented Architect to join its established team. With multiple offices across the UK and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors, the practice offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is suited to an ARB-registered Architect with ideally several years post-qualification experience who is confident leading projects through all RIBA work stages and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and design-led practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA work stages
  • Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage project delivery alongside internal teams and external consultants
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
  • Prepare and review technical information in accordance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation
  • Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team
  • Contribute to design development, project bids and client presentations where required
  • Attend site visits, design meetings and CPD events to maintain technical knowledge and industry awareness

Ideal Candidate

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and construction detailing
  • Proficient in Revit with a good understanding of BIM workflows
  • Experience using NBS specification software is desirable
  • Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
