This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and collaborative team of town planners and socio-economic consultants, working across a wide range of development projects throughout the South East. The team is known for delivering high-quality planning advice from early-stage site promotion through to securing planning permission, discharge of conditions, and supporting planning obligations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on development potential of land and buildings
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation
  • Deliver policy analysis, research, and planning strategy advice
  • Draft representations for Local Plan consultations and examinations
  • Identify and assess land and development opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and external consultants to deliver projects
  • Support planning appeals and Local Plan examination work
  • Contribute to projects from initial feasibility through to consent
