An established, design-led architectural practice is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its growing studio. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across the education, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors, working on well-considered schemes from concept through to construction. With a strong focus on technical excellence, buildability, and clear design intent, the studio operates as a collaborative, office-based team of architects and technologists. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team, contributing to the detailed development and delivery of projects within a supportive and professional working environment.
Benefits

Ideal Candidate
- Qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Confident working knowledge of SketchUp
- Excellent technical detailing and drawing skills

Daily Duties
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using AutoCAD
- Supporting the technical development of projects from detailed design through to construction
- Creating and developing 3D models using SketchUp
- Coordinating technical information with architects, consultants, and external consultants
- Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with current building regulations and standards
- Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects and responding to technical queries as required
