Junior Mechanical Design Engineer Reference: BY1676 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Location: Hampshire A Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineering consultancy based in Hampshire are seeking a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding team. Established over 45 years ago and with approximately 30 specialists on the team, this is an excellent position to progress or kickstart your career in the building physics / built environment industry. The Junior Mechanical Design Engineer selected will be working in the built environment on a variety of projects alongside industry specialists. You'll be using REVIT and IES-VE software to model projects and provide energy efficiency solutions to clients. A degree in mechanical engineering, building physics (or a similar subject) is essential, and previous experience as a mechanical design engineer within building services is preferred. Candidates must live in or near to Hampshire and (ideally) have knowledge/experience with building performance modelling using IES software. The successful Junior Mechanical Design Engineer will be offered: A competitive salary of £25,000 – £30,000 Enhanced company pension and benefits scheme.
