As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead drainage-led infrastructure designs, prepare Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, and support sustainable development projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. The Senior Civil Engineer will play a key role in technical delivery and client coordination, supporting junior engineers while maintaining quality and programme control. This position offers clear progression and increased responsibility within a supportive and technically strong team.
Key responsibilities- Lead design and delivery of drainage and infrastructure schemes
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies
- Deliver S104, S38 and S278 technical approvals
- Produce designs using AutoCAD and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage
- Coordinate with clients, local authorities and internal teams
- Support and mentor junior engineers
