Duties for the role of Healthcare Lead include:
- Take the lead on architectural projects from inception through to completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to build and maintain working relationships
- Oversee a team of more junior members and work alongside other collaborators
- Contribute to the company's business development and build a robust pipeline
- Encourage strong design and shape the company's culture
- Carry out networking, prepare proposals and coordinate new opportunities
Skills and experience for the role of Healthcare Lead:
- ARB or CIAT registered
- Significant post qualification experience as an Architect or Technologist within a UK practice
- Working at or working towards an Associate level position
- Job running experience
- Healthcare experience is essential
- Proficiency with Revit
- Previous experience mentoring a team of junior staff members
- Ability to contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
- Excellent technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
