A well-established, multidisciplinary environmental consultancy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Arboricultural Consultant to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to a wide variety of projects across the South East, including major infrastructure schemes and bespoke residential developments.

You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team of arboricultural and ecological specialists, delivering high-quality work in both public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting tree surveys in accordance with BS5837:2012
- Preparing arboricultural reports and impact assessments
- Liaising with clients, planning authorities, and design teams
- Providing expert advice to support planning applications
- Assisting with tree protection and mitigation strategies
- Supporting project management and delivery with senior consultants
What we're looking for:
- Degree or diploma in Arboriculture (or related field)
- Strong knowledge of tree identification and surveying
- Familiarity with BS5837:2012 and planning legislation
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Arboricultural Association membership (or working towards it) preferred
- Experience with CAD or GIS is a plus, but not essential
