A growing multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join its expanding team. The firm has become a leading provider of agency, professional, and consultancy services across rural, commercial, and residential property, agriculture, and the environment. Key Responsibilities:

Support senior planners with planning applications and appeals
Conduct site assessments and research to inform projects
Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
Draft planning reports, statements, and supporting documents
Attend site visits and planning meetings, contributing observations and insights

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Degree in Town Planning and RTPI accreditation
Some experience through internships, placements, or academic projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop professionally
Interest in working across diverse sectors including property, rural, and environmental projects
