Our client is a well-established and growing structural engineering consultancy based near Banbury, Oxfordshire, who are looking to appoint a talented Structural Engineer with around 3 years' industry experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and technically strong team delivering a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

The Role

  • You will be involved in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with senior engineers, architects, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Structural design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
  • Producing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Attending site visits and project meetings
  • Supporting project delivery to programme and budget

About You

  • Around 3 years' structural engineering experience within a consultancy environment
  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Experience using industry-standard design software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
