Graduate Planner\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nPenguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a well established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy in their search for a Graduate Planner to join their growing planning team.\\n\\nThis opportunity would suit a motivated Graduate Planner who has already gained relevant planning work experience and is looking to build a long-term career within a professional consultancy environment. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting senior planners on a range of planning applications and development appraisals while developing your technical and commercial skills.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs a Graduate Planner, you will:\\n\\nAssist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and pre-application enquiries\\n\\nSupport planning appraisals and feasibility assessments\\n\\nUndertake planning research and policy analysis\\n\\nAssist with appeal work and Local Plan representations\\n\\nAttend site visits, meetings and stakeholder consultations\\n\\nSupport senior team members across a variety of projects\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nThe successful Graduate Planner will have:\\n\\nA degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline\\n\\nRelevant planning work experience (placement, internship or graduate role)\\n\\nA strong interest in the UK planning system\\n\\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\\n\\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail\\n\\nA proactive and professional approach\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\n\\nThis Graduate Planner role offers structured training, mentoring and a clear pathway toward RTPI chartership within a supportive and collaborative team.
