A well-established, multidisciplinary practice based in the centre of Dorking; Surrey is seeking a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The firm operates from a characterful office in a historic building, within walking distance of the town\’s amenities and train stations. With a strong commitment to sustainable design and involvement in projects ranging from new builds to cladding remediation and refurbishments (£1m-£20m), this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain diverse experience and launch their career in the built environment.

Daily Duties:
* Assist with site and condition surveys
