The Role:
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Working across commercial and mixed-use sites
- Producing accurate, compliant survey reports
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
- Ensuring all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures
Requirements:
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
