This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year's experience looking to build a career within transport planning.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants on a diverse range of residential, commercial, education, and mixed‑use developments, receiving excellent training and career progression from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
- Supporting transport data collection, analysis and technical reporting.
- Assisting with junction modelling using software such as ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG.
- Undertaking site visits and developing an understanding of UK transport planning guidance and best practice.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related discipline.
Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in transport planning are essential.
Previous placement or internship experience within the sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
