An established and award-winning architectural practice is seeking a Project Architect, Senior Architect or Building Surveyor to join its Fordingbridge studio. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a growing portfolio of education-focused refurbishment and adaptation projects, working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to meaningful schemes that enhance inclusive learning environments across mainstream schools. The position would suit an agile and technically capable professional who enjoys working across all project stages and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Daily Duties
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare planning, technical, and tender drawing packages
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Produce feasibility studies and design proposals
- Undertake contract administration and site inspections
- Support project delivery from concept through to completion
- Work collaboratively across wider project teams and support colleague-led schemes
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect or Building Surveyor with relevant project experience
- Strong project leadership and organisational skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience producing technical and tender documentation
- Good understanding of contract administration and site management
- Experience within education or SEND projects desirable
- Knowledge of JCT traditional procurement advantageous
- Self-sufficient, adaptable and team-oriented approach
- Ability to manage workload effectively within tight project timelines
