An experienced Project Running Architect is required to join a busy and well-established architectural practice delivering complex projects across education, residential, science, care, and leisure sectors. This full-time office-based role will suit a confident architect capable of leading projects through all RIBA work stages, managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The practice operates within a collaborative BIM-focused environment and is known for delivering technically sophisticated and high-quality buildings across the UK.

Daily Duties

  • Running projects independently across multiple RIBA stages
  • Managing client relationships and coordinating consultant teams
  • Leading project meetings and presenting design proposals
  • Producing and reviewing technical drawing packages in Revit
  • Coordinating planning, tender and construction information
  • Monitoring project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
  • Undertaking site visits, inspections, and contractor coordination
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Ideal Candidate

  • ARB registered Architect with strong UK project experience
  • Proven experience running projects through delivery stages
  • Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
  • Strong Revit/BIM proficiency
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage workload and lead project teams effectively
  • Experience across education, residential or complex project sectors advantageous
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
