The Role

You\’ll be joining a small, collaborative team of planning professionals working on a diverse portfolio of projects – from agricultural and equestrian developments to rural diversification, tourism, and renewable energy schemes.

• Managing a range of planning applications, appeals, and rural development projects.
• Providing expert advice to clients on planning strategy and policy.
• Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and landowners.
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

You\’ll likely be:

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation).
• Experienced in planning consultancy, ideally with a focus on rural or environmental projects.
• Confident managing projects from concept through to delivery.
• A clear communicator who enjoys client interaction and problem-solving.
• A background in rural planning, environmental management, or property development would be a distinct advantage.
