Key Responsibilities
- Work on projects throughout all RIBA work stages, from initial concept through to completion.
- Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements.
- Prepare planning, tender and construction drawing packages using Revit.
- Produce presentation material, technical drawings and project documentation to a high standard.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities throughout the design and construction process.
- Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, planning policy and industry standards.
- Attend design team meetings, client presentations and site inspections as required.
- Assist in resolving technical and design challenges during project delivery.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work.
Candidate Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect (RIBA membership would be advantageous).
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice following qualification.
- Proficient in Revit, with experience using it in a live project environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and construction methodologies.
- Experience delivering projects through a range of RIBA work stages.
- Excellent design, technical and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Able to manage workloads effectively and work to project deadlines.
- A proactive team player with the confidence to take ownership of projects when required.
