The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior ICM Modeller - Flood Risk to lead and deliver hydraulic and hydrological modelling projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver flood risk projects with integrated catchment modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
  • Lead technical work and mentor junior team members.
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Utilize GIS skills in ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS.
  • Use software such as TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and HEC‑RAS.
  • Conduct FEH hydrological assessments and apply UK hydrology knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in 1D–2D modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
  • Strong project delivery and client management skills.
  • Chartered status or willingness to achieve it with support.
  • Experience in civil engineering design is desirable.
