I am actively seeking a Structural Engineer with around 2 years or more design experience to join a small, friendly practice in Cornwall. The company operates from a vibrant office in Cornwall and works largely on residential and commercial building structures. You will get the chance to get involved in design from conception through to completion stage and projects vary in size up to the value of £20 million.
To be considered for this role you will have gained a strong degree in civil or structural engineering. You will likely have gained 2 years (or more) working in consultancy ideally on mainstream ventures. You will have experience designing using contemporary materials (steel/concrete/masonry and timber) and have knowledge of CAD, TEKLA, TEDDS and/or Revit.
