An exciting opportunity has become available for an Engineering Geologist to join a well-established ground investigation and geotechnical consultancy in Coventry. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the Midlands while developing your technical and project management skills within a supportive team environment.
The successful Engineering Geologist will be involved in all aspects of ground investigation projects, including:
- Site supervision
- Logging soil and rock samples
- Groundwater and gas monitoring
- Factual reporting
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
You will gain exposure to both geotechnical and geo-environmental projects while working alongside experienced engineers and geologists.
Qualifications
- A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Previous ground investigation or site experience
- Experience logging soils and rocks to current standards
