The Engineering Geologist Role

As an Engineering Geologist, you\’\’ll split your time between office-based work and site activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising ground investigations and borehole logging
  • Conducting in-situ testing and risk assessments
  • Completing Phase I Desk Studies and writing both factual and interpretive reports

About You

To succeed in this Engineering Geology role, you\’\’ll need:

  • A degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a geo-environmental or geotechnical role
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to site locations and work both in-office and outdoors
  • To be located within a commutable distance of Worceste
