Energy Assessor (Domestic or Non-Domestic) £32,000 – £40,000 London, Manchester, or Birmingham – Hybrid Working Available An established and growing energy and sustainability consultancy is looking to appoint a qualified Domestic or Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their team, with opportunities available in London, Manchester, or Birmingham. This role is ideal for an accredited DEA or NDEA looking to work across a diverse portfolio of projects while supporting the UK\’s net-zero ambitions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering energy assessments, EPCs, and compliance reporting, supporting clients across residential, commercial, and public sector developments. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider decarbonisation and energy efficiency strategies, working alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site surveys and produce accurate EPCs in line with current regulations (SAP or SBEM) Complete energy performance assessments for new and existing buildings Support compliance services including Part L, MEES, and retrofit requirements Provide technical advice on energy efficiency improvements and carbon reduction Maintain quality assurance standards and accurate records in line with accreditation body requirements Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and continuous improvementCandidate Requirements: Qualified DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or NDEA (Level 3 or 4) Experience using approved software (Elmhurst/Stroma) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients and contractors Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally as neededBenefits: Competitive salary of £32,000 – £40,000, based on experience and accreditation level Flexible hybrid working model Ongoing training and support for upskilling Career progression opportunities in a supportive, sustainability-focused team Pension, travel expenses, and other benefitsTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
