Our client is a well-established ecological consultancy seeking a Seasonal Ecologist to support a busy field season in the Southampton area. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic ecologist looking to gain hands-on experience across a range of ecological surveys and projects, working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
The Benefits

The Role
- Assisting with a variety of ecological surveys, including (but not limited to) protected species surveys and habitat assessments
- Collecting high-quality field data and supporting reporting tasks
- Working on sites across Southampton and the surrounding areas
- Supporting senior ecologists with project delivery during peak season
About You
- A degree (or working towards one) in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Some previous field survey experience is desirable
- A strong interest in ecology and wildlife conservation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings when required
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
