The Role

  • Assist with the delivery of planning projects across residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and strategic land developments.
  • Work closely with senior planners and consultants, developing your technical knowledge and gaining valuable exposure to all stages of the planning process.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Conduct planning policy research and site appraisals.
  • Support the preparation of planning statements and reports.
  • Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Attend site visits, meetings, and public consultations where required.
  • Provide general planning support across a range of projects.

About You

  • A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline accredited by the RTPI.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and research abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
