Responsibilities
- Assist with site walkovers.
- Carry out ground investigations and Phase 1 desktop studies.
- Take soil samples, groundwater and gas monitoring.
- Perform borehole logging.
- Prepare phase plans.
- Write factual and interpretive reports.
- Observe day‑to‑day tasks to develop geo‑environmental knowledge.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a BSc in geology, engineering geology, geography, geotechnical engineering, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).
- Experience in a geo‑environmental and/or geotechnical position.
- Willingness to work outdoors on hands‑on projects.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Commutable to Exeter and surrounding area.
- Full right to work in the UK.
