The Role
- Manage planning projects from inception through to determination, providing high-quality, commercially focused planning advice to clients.
- Lead and manage planning applications, appeals, and pre-application submissions.
- Prepare high-quality planning statements and supporting documentation.
- Undertake site appraisals and planning policy analysis.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and local planning authorities.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and committee hearings where required.
- Support and mentor junior members of the planning team.
About You
- MRTPI Chartered status.
- 3-5 years' experience within the private sector.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and development management.
- Proven experience leading planning applications independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
